Role & responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: Business Development , Preparing proposals, Submissions of tender in co ordination with the Estimatiom Team & helping them in the tender submission. Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures To Ensure procurement and reconciliation of materials is carried out in accordance with Company procedures to best value and to prevent delays Co Ordination with the Management for the Project Tendering, Project Work & Closure of the Project. Coordinating all site activities with Architect, Consultants, PMC and Client. Coordinating with Billing Team for Project billing and invoice submission. Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out, with site team. Forecasting the material requirement & scope of work with the Site Team. To ensure delivery projects without safety incidents, within time and to budget. Handling all Hr related issues in the site in coordination with the office HR Team. Preferred candidate profile Qualification & Preferred Skills: B.E. Electrical with 8-10 years of experience with notable progression in Project Management/Professional Services. Project Management Certification Management and leadership experience required. IT Skills MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred. Excellent in organising & documentation skill Excellent relationship building skills. Roles and Responsibilities: To review the tender documents, prepare the technical query and submit to the client & consultant Supervises and trains estimators to assist them in the preparation of estimates and bids To maintain the estimating cost database to ensure costs are up to date. To Attend the pre-tender meeting, commercial negotiation meeting with the client Send the inquiry to the respective vendor and follow up with the pricing. To Consults with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers on a regular basis to discuss and formulate estimates, effect cost reductions, and resolve issues. To prepare the commercial offer and technical offer. Preparation of price comparison reports To Work with the operations team throughout the preconstruction process in reviewing plans and specifications for constructability issues and determining general requirements on the projects Quantity measurement, prepare the cable schedule and earthing schedule in the lum sum project. Fill the PQ and prepare the respective documents. Prepare the project schedule (in MSP), Manpower, material delivery schedule, and PowerPoint presentation. maintaining the estimating cost data base to ensure costs are up to date. Coordinate with the estimation team and appoint them to work on a new project. Support the procurement team after awarding the project. Resolve the query to the site team after awarding the project. All jobs assigned by the MD Qualification & preferred Skills: BE/Diploma Electrical, with 7 years and above experience in construction management or equivalent field experience Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Excellent Teamwork & Leadership skills.
