Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional to align our internal technology strategy—primarily CRM, HRMS, PSA and related tools—with the company’s evolving business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments including sales, customer success, HR, product management, and engineering to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and deploy enhancements that improve productivity and align with our strategic goals. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technology implementation, ensuring our systems empower teams and support the company’s scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and administration of enterprise IT applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Engage business stakeholders—sales, marketing, customer success, etc.—to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and prioritize enhancements.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools or integrations to enhance business workflows, data integrity, automation, and user adoption.
• Monitor and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies across all enterprise applications.
• Define overall reporting requirements and KPIs to measure system effectiveness, adoption, and impact.
• Drive adoption and provide best practice guidance to business users and internal teams.
• Lead ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling efforts to support growth.
• Stay current on marketplace trends, feature releases, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from top institutions.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, software development, and HR processes and how they integrate within tech platforms.
• 10+ years managing Salesforce or similar enterprise applications in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience building and running a small team of analysts and support staff at an established software company.
• Proven track record of gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations or technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization, schedule management, and release coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive change across the company.
• Knowledge of best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in cloud applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction or engineering software industry, or experience with North American customer base.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications in enterprise application management.
