Senior Manager - Easebuzz Research & Innovation Lab

You will be a part of Easebuzz Research & Innovation Lab (EDGE) based in Pune, India. As a member of the Easebuzz Research and Innovation Lab team, your responsibilities will include: - Lead strategic planning, market research, and industry benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and innovation areas. - Assess emerging business models and conduct feasibility studies for new financial products and use cases. - Design and manage end-to-end innovation programs from ideation to prototype development in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Develop go-to-market strategies for successful prototypes, including preparatory work for licensing and regulatory compliance where needed. - Participate in hackathons and regulatory sandbox programs to solve real-world problems identified by leading organizations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelors or masters degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics from Tier I/II institutions. - 3-4 years of experience in business strategy, gained through consulting, corporate roles, market research, or innovation labs. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.,
