• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 12-15 years of experience in B2B sales/account management, preferably in the renewable energy/solar industry.
• Strong understanding of solar PV solutions and business models
• Excellent negotiation, proposal drafting, and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with public and private procurement processes.
• Competency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Should be open to travel as needed.
