The Senior Manager, Die Development position in Ahmedabad is a full-time on-site role wherein you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the die development process. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications. In this role, you will supervise a team of engineers and technicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project management work, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct performance evaluations, manage budgetary allocations, and troubleshoot issues related to die development and performance. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum qualification of BE or Btech with at least 8+ years of experience in Die Development and Manufacturing Processes. You must possess skills in Project Management and Team Leadership, as well as proficiency in Quality Control and Troubleshooting. Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and CAD software is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, and the ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams is crucial. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working in an automobile OEM will be an added advantage. Experience in skin and skin inner panel development is also desirable for this role.,
