The Senior Manager will oversee and manage the die development process, ensuring that all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include supervising a team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline project management work, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency. The role also involves conducting performance evaluations, managing budgetary allocations, and troubleshooting issues related to die development and performance. Qualifications Min qualification should be BE or Btech. Experience in Die Development and Manufacturing Processes Skills in Project Management and Team Leadership Proficiency in Quality Control and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and CAD software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 8+ years of experience in die development Working in automobile OEM will be added advantage. Experience in skin and skin inner panel development is desirable.
