Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare project schedules from tender stage onwards, ensuring accurate estimates and timely completion of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including activity planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

13-20 years of experience in construction planning or a related field (Hospital construction planning background preferred)
Strong understanding of construction planning principles, including schedule preparation and report making.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
