Senior Manager Development - South West Asia

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing leads, presentation packages, and building the planning process for potential franchise projects to support the strategic growth and distribution strategies for the Holiday Inn Express brand under IHG in Greater China. Your role involves implementing and executing the franchise development project review and monitoring process as determined by the VP, Holiday Inn Express. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Business Planning processes to identify and determine optimal distribution for Holiday Inn Express by utilizing internal and industry data to achieve development objectives. - Develop, manage, and enhance the presence and visibility of Holiday Inn Express at major Industry and Investment conferences, elevating the preferability of the brand within the investment community. - Prepare presentation packages and deliver presentations on behalf of IHG to potential franchisee owners. - Collaborate with Marketing to review local market demands, identify key competitors, and conduct necessary analyses. Work closely with Legal, Business Support, Operations, and Technical Services throughout the project development process. - Track Application Fee and Technical Services Fee collections for projects you are responsible for and update Finance accordingly. Qualifications Required: - University degree or above. - Additional background in legal, technical, and business development is an advantage. - Basic command of English in writing and oral communication.
