Senior Manager Development - South West Asia

As a Franchise Development Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, your role involves developing leads, creating presentation packages, and building the planning process for potential franchise projects to support the strategic growth and distribution strategies for the Holiday Inn Express brand in Greater China. You will be responsible for implementing and executing the franchise development project review and monitoring process as directed by the VP, Holiday Inn Express. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Business Planning process to identify optimal distribution for Holiday Inn Express using internal and industry data to achieve development objectives. - Manage and enhance Holiday Inn Express presence at major Industry and Investment conferences to increase brand preferability within the investment community. - Prepare presentation packages and deliver IHG presentations to potential franchisee owners. - Collaborate with Marketing to analyze local market demands, identify key competitors, and work closely with Legal, Business Support, Operations, and Technical Services throughout the project development process. - Track Application Fee and Technical Services Fee collections for assigned projects and provide updates to the Finance team. Qualifications: - University degree or above. - Additional background in legal, technical, and business development is advantageous. - Basic proficiency in English in both writing and oral communication. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or commercial real estate development, with a proven track record of solid client relationships and connections. - Previous Management/Franchise experience within the economy hotel category is a plus.
