Senior Manager - Data & Analytics

As a Senior Manager - Data & Analytics at our technology-led healthcare solutions company, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, assessing existing ecosystems, and leading the implementation for our pharma clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading analytic engagements and managing all stakeholders effectively. - Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives, including the implementation of Omnichannel strategy. - Assessing existing ecosystems across key pillars such as client business portfolio plans & objectives, technical architecture, data/ML models, and challenging conventional approaches as needed. - Identifying and recommending next steps and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimal solutions. - Providing quantitatively-oriented recommendations to solve business problems, working with diverse datasets, and ensuring their integration into the proposed solutions. - Handling discovery and requirements gathering, applying data science skills for robust and scalable model deployment. - Building strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process. - Providing training and support to internal teams, ensuring project success. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and distributing work within the team. - Developing and disseminating innovative analytical techniques, processes, and tools for project engagements. - Supporting business development activities by building new capabilities and participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert. - Contributing to whitepapers and articles at the BU and organization level, providing thought leadership. - Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices to enhance in-house capabilities. - Enforcing all policies and procedures for programming, project documentation, and system management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Overall 13+ years of experience with 5+ years specifically in leading analytical projects in the pharma domain. - Experience in pharma omnichannel analytics or in at least 2 among sales force analytics, patient analytics, digital analytics, commercial analytics domains. - Proficiency in Advanced analytics including Statistics, Gen AI, Ensemble, deep learning predictive models, and MLOPs. - Strong understanding of the pharma ecosystem, key data sources, industry trends, and compliance requirements. - Experience in areas such as risk-score modeling, customer segmentation, impact assessment, attribution analytics, collaborative filtering, marketing mix modeling, recommendation engines, and natural language processing will be advantageous. - Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and commitment delivery. - Willingness to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment. - Excellent communication skills, able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly.
