Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships

This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

🎯What skills do you need?

• 5-7 years of experience

  in influencer/creator marketing, ideally in a consumer internet, lifestyle, or travel brand.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators and agencies.
• Strong understanding of social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and what makes brands tick on them.
• Data-driven mindset - you can measure ROI, track creator performance, and use insights to refine campaigns.
• A sharp eye for content - you know what resonates with audiences and can guide creators toward impactful storytelling.
• A culturally sensitive worldview to build truly global narratives that unite audiences from different parts of the globe.

Bonus:

• Experience working in a global/multi-market context.
• Familiarity with affiliate or ambassador-style programs.
