Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of corporate sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts and increase revenue growth.
  • Acquiring new clients and managing a team of New business development professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and provide solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes, improve conversion rates, and drive business results.

Job Requirements :

  • 9-15 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the internet industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth through effective strategy execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
