Senior Manager Compliance Data & Trading Systems Tech

You will be part of a compliance technology division in a global investment and technology firm, responsible for developing and maintaining mission-critical applications that ensure regulatory compliance by integrating with trading systems and other business processes in real time. Your role will involve developing large-scale applications, analyzing trading data, and ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability of compliance solutions. You will collaborate closely with compliance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust software products, guide junior developers, drive project lifecycles, and contribute to innovation through researching and adopting new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. - Design, build, and maintain compliance technology applications that integrate with trading systems. - Analyze and process large datasets to generate accurate compliance reports. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined timelines. - Collaborate with compliance stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. - Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and R&D initiatives to evaluate and adopt new technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors (BE/BTech) or Masters degree in Computer Science. - 8+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and system architecture. - Solid understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments. - Demonstrated job stability (minimum 2 years in each organization).
