We are seeking a Senior Manager – Client Success to be the trusted partner for our members on this deeply personal journey. This is a client-first role at the heart of our brand, where empathy, etiquette, trust, and discretion are essential. You will represent Vows for Eternity with distinction, guiding accomplished individuals and families through an emotionally meaningful process that requires cultural fluency and trust.

What you’ll do

  • Act as trusted relationship manager for accomplished members and their families.
  • Engage across cultures and age groups from high-achieving global professionals to well known business families.
  • Navigate high-pressure, emotionally charged conversations with empathy and balance.
  • Handle grievances and manage expectations with sensitivity while maintaining trust and composure.
  • Bring polish, discretion, and interpersonal skills to every touchpoint.
  • Partner with other teams to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to keep journeys transparent and sharp.

What you bring

  • You’re culturally nuanced and people savvy
  • Masters or Bachelors degree (mandatory; no open-schooling backgrounds).
  • 6–10+ years in B2C, high-touch client-facing environments (luxury services, lifestyle management, consulting, aviation, hospitality, education, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage expectations and address client concerns with maturity.
  • Cultural agility and confidence to engage with high achievers across geographies and generations.
  • High EQ, interpersonal skills, and resilience in sensitive, high-stakes discussions.
  • Polished communicator who can build trust with both individuals and families.
  • Independent thinker and problem solver.
  • Detail-driven with CRM/reporting discipline; strong collaborator.
  • Ability to adapt and work in an entrepreneurial environment.
