Position Summary: The Senior Manager - Client Success is a crucial role responsible for client relations for Vows for Eternity and its brand affiliates . The role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal communication (both oral and written) and analytical skills, someone who is collaborative and rich in their own life experiences, and someone for whom empathy and integrity are the cornerstones of the way they conduct themselves. Responsibilities · Guiding new and existing members through their membership terms. · Working as an individual contributor and team support when required. · Managing the day-to-day flow of potential clients for VFE and affiliated brands. · Responsible for client servicing for global clients and working across time zones. · Client Relationship management to ensure member satisfaction. · Maintaining member confidentiality and understanding the nuances of being understated while conducting conversations. · Assisting the matchmaking team. ·Maintaining the database and creating reports. Position Requirement · Globally exposed Indian – well-spoken, well-travelled, good conversationalist, empathetic with a strong moral code of conduct. · Comfortable in talking with people from extremely well-educated, globally travelled, affluent families. ·Someone passionate about bringing new processes to the department. · Someone who has led a team and is open to full-time opportunities.. · Open to someone with a break in their career, provided they have a zeal to work and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. · The skills like emotional intelligence around the delicacy of understanding our clients are essential to this role. · Someone keen on being part of a global team. · Someone from a Client Success/Client relations background will be preferred.
