Job Description

Manage a team of unit sales managers and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM Licensing and tracking and acquisition of new channels on a regular basis Facilitating interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations It will be Team Handling Role Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner Co-ordinating with all team members in planning and conducting advisor meets other marketing activities on a regular basis
