Senior Manager (Channel Marketing & Communication)

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

The current Job role is in Bancassurance team. The resource is responsible for looking after Marketing requirements of HDFC Bank.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

1. Handle Marketing activities for HDFC Bank Relationship.
2. Enhance brand affinity among HDFC Bank customers and employees
3. Design & implement co branded communication across mediums for both HDFC Bank SPs & customers
4. Enable the sales team with multiple sales tools and support aids
5. Creation and execution of employee engagement initiatives across multiple platforms

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Designing of Education & Enablement tools to ensure ease of selling
2. Ensure seamless Product/variant launch and product drive for internal and external stakeholders
3. Conceptualize & design online/offline customer campaigns for business generation in collaboration with the Channel marketing team
4. Co-ordination with procurement and accounts team to ensure seamless execution of events/ activities - Internal & external
5. Innovation and Experiential led CSR campaigns with focus on reach
6. Creative and communication designing in line with the campaign thought and objective
7. Work in close coordination with the Channel Marketing Team and the Channel Partner to design and execute the Marketing Plan, which will enable the achievement of overall business objective.
8. Ensure Compliance to brand and regulatory guidelines
9. Design and execute innovative and effective programs for employee engagement with measurable results
