Senior Manager - Change Management

Role Overview: You will lead the development and execution of change strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives. Your role involves driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of change across business units. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for strategic projects. - Partner with leadership and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness. - Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement strategies. - Monitor and report on change adoption, effectiveness, and feedback. - Coach and support managers and teams through change transitions. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
