Role & Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teaming to break silos, create enterprise-wide value, and embed best-in-class metrics and dashboards
• Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring value tracking and sustained transformation
• Develop simulation models and scenario planning frameworks to anticipate execution risks and guide executive decision-making
• Act as a key stakeholder in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and quarterly target setting
• Guide demand planning across channels, regions, and categories using analytics, market trends, and historical data
• Oversee markdown strategy for seasonal merchandise to maximize sell-through and profitability
• Champion the Transformation Office agendabenchmark best practices, implement new processes, dashboards, and KPIs across all functions

Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years experience in management consulting, retail, e-commerce, or CPG in strategic or transformation roles (e.g., CEO office, Chief of Staff)
• Graduation or post-graduation from a Tier 1 institution; MBA from a Tier 1 B-school strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments with high ambiguity
• Expertise in business planning, operating model transformation, and change management
