Senior Manager Business Analyst – 6+ Years – Gurgaon

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end business requirements for new product launches and enhancements in B2B and core platforms.
Collaborate with business teams and user functions to define and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
Provide deep functional and technical expertise in designing robust, scalable solutions aligned to business strategy.
Take ownership from design to implementation in project mode.
Troubleshoot application and interface-related issues; ensure seamless backend integration.

Requirements

6–7 years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably life insurance.
3–4 years in business analysis with a software development background.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Hands-on experience in automation, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration projects.
Excellent communication, articulation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with stakeholder management, governance, and team leadership.
