Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Skincare & Fragrances category. This role will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, P&L management, and end-to-end product innovation journey from concept to market launch and post-launch growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the brand and drive overall business performance and P&L.
  • Lead the complete product launch lifecycle from consumer insights and trendspotting to conceptualization, pricing, packaging, communication, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful launches and sustained growth.
  • Partner with online and offline channel teams to curate the product portfolio and drive category performance across platforms.

Requirements

  • MBA from a reputed B-school with 3+ years of post-MBA work experience.
  • Experience with consumer brands known for innovation, strong NPD (New Product Development) capabilities, and rapid growth.
  • Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or related consumer categories preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading new product launches and scaling product lines.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for consumer trends and brand building.
