Senior Manager- BBS Finance Process Capability & Excellence

As the Senior Manager- BBS Finance Process Capability & Excellence at Bunge, your role involves driving the conception and implementation of tools to enhance the performance, controls, and automation capability of the finance processes. You will be accountable for ensuring best-in-class process and technology design for BBS Finance Services, focusing on process standardization across PTP, OTC, and RTR. Additionally, you will collaborate with the BT team for system migration, improvements, and SAP HANA design efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives for finance (PTP, RTR, OTC, and Treasury) by evaluating and proposing solutions related to process transformation, new-age technologies, service locations, and RPA opportunities. - Lead due-diligence exercises to identify target state solutions, key benefits, business cases, and implementation charters. - Engage with business leadership in finance/Tax to gain buy-in for transformation initiatives and create detailed integrated plans for transformation projects. - Design and manage governance programs in alignment with BBS Transformation guidelines, involving all stakeholders. - Define savings tracks for each initiative and ensure realization as per business case requirements. - Drive the creation and implementation of Global Process Design to ensure clear delineation of services conducted by the BBS. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry. - Exposure to B2B Business and Supply Chain will be advantageous. - Minimum Education Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA. - Additional experience with Project Management/Lean/Six Sigma/PMO certification will be a plus.
