Senior Manager / AGM - Commercial Tendering

Role Overview: As the Senior Manager / AGM Commercial Tendering at a Luxury & Ultra-luxury Real Estate Developer based in Juhu, Andheri, Mumbai, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entire tendering lifecycle for various large-scale projects. Your role, with over 12 years of experience in the field, will involve formulating bid strategies, assessing vendors, preparing contracts, and conducting pricing negotiations to drive successful commercial outcomes for construction, interior fit-out, and turnkey projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of commercial tenders for diverse luxury real estate endeavors, such as residential, retail, and commercial properties. - Evaluate and pre-qualify contractors, suppliers, and consultants across multiple disciplines, develop comprehensive tender packages, and manage the RFQ/RFP process to ensure efficient project execution within specified timelines and budgets. - Coordinate inputs from various departments like design, legal, finance, procurement, and execution to compile tender documentation and evaluate bids effectively. - Analyze contractor proposals, prepare comparative statements, and recommend strategies for senior management approval. - Lead commercial negotiations and value engineering discussions to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. - Ensure compliance with internal financial, legal, and procedural standards throughout the tendering process. - Maintain a comprehensive vendor database, monitor market trends, and gather intelligence to support benchmarking and cost control initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent qualification being preferred. - Extensive experience in tendering, contracts, or procurement within the high-end real estate or construction sector. - Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and vendor ecosystems. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.,
