Lead the complete admissions funnel from inquiry to
enrollment.
Manage and mentor a team of admissions counselors.
Handle high-value student counseling and complex admission
cases.
Coordinate outreach events, school visits, and education fairs.
Work with Marketing on campaigns and lead-generation
strategies.
Track data, generate reports, and present weekly dashboards.
Ensure compliance with SRM's admissions policies and
Processes.
Candidates with a Master's Degree in any discipline are eligible
7+ years of Admissions and Outreach experience (university
preferred).
Experience handling high-volume admission cycles.
Team management experience and data-driven decision-
making.
Proficiency in CRM/ERP and MS Excel.
