Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available programs.
Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, and online forms.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and lead status in CRM.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
Provide timely and accurate admission-related information.
Meet weekly lead conversion and call targets.

Requirements:

HSC/Graduate in any field.
Strong verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
Prior telecalling experience preferred.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
