Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Maintenance Engineer. The primary responsibilities involve overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of operations. Additional tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, collaborating with teams to optimize equipment performance, and routinely upgrading and maintaining systems to meet compliance standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to address technical issues effectively
Ability to work independently and in teams, with excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field
Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is highly beneficial
Familiarity with compliance standards and safety regulations is a plus
