About the Role

Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Build, fine-tune, and deploy
LLMs, NLP models, and Transformer-based architectures
.
Lead and mentor a small team of ML engineers to ensure high-quality model delivery.
Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
Work on
distributed training
, large-scale model optimization, and GPU/TPU acceleration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Data Engineering, DevOps, Product.
Implement scalable ML pipelines using
MLOps frameworks
(MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.).
Stay updated with emerging research and best practices in ML/AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

9+ years
of strong experience in
Machine Learning, NLP, deep learning, Transformers, and LLMs
.
Hands-on expertise with
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, DeepSpeed
, or similar frameworks.
2+ years
of proven experience leading or managing ML/LLM teams in production environments.
Strong knowledge of
distributed training
, GPU/TPU optimization, and large-scale model training.
Experience with cloud platforms (
AWS, GCP, Azure
).
Familiarity with
MLOps tools
(MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Sagemaker, etc.).
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (
PhD preferred
).
