We are seeking a highly skilled NLP Engineer with extensive experience in transformer-based models and advanced prompt engineering techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, question answering, classification, and translation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune and deploy transformer models (GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa, etc.) for domain-specific NLP tasks.
• Design and implement advanced prompting strategies including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought (CoT) prompting.
• Develop reusable and adaptive prompt templates for varied contexts.
• Evaluate model outputs and iterate on prompts to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance.
• Monitor and mitigate common LLM limitations such as bias, hallucination, and knowledge cutoffs.
• Apply appropriate model evaluation metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE) to assess performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into products.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in NLP with 2+ years focused on transformer-based models.
• Expertise in LLM architectures, attention mechanisms, tokenization, and embeddings.
• Strong Python skills with experience in Hugging Face, SpaCy, NLTK, or similar libraries.
• Proven experience in instruction-based prompting and iterative prompt optimization.
• Familiarity with end-to-end model development: training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
