Responsibilities:
· Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Possess SRO Registration Experience.
· Handle legal affairs and cases related to Real Estate, Liaising, Land Survey, Land Acquisition, and Developmental Activities.
· Conduct Legal Due-Diligence of properties to be acquired by the Company.
· Prepare preliminary notes on the property and Title Search Reports (TSRs).
· Draft various legal documents including Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, and other deeds related to property.
