Senior Learning Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Learning Specialist at Mashmari Consultants Pvt Ltd, dedicated to revolutionizing educational outcomes for remote and underserved communities through digital technologies and innovative pedagogies. Your role will involve spending long days in remote areas for project deployment, managing curriculum and content development, executing training programs, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will be responsible for creating and delivering lessons using e-learning tools and applications for ECCE/Schools/IT/Computer Science, along with managing field projects and evaluating program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Willingness to spend long days in remote areas for remote education project deployment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Expertise in Curriculum and Content Development, managing learning management systems, developing training programs, designing instructional materials, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration - Creating and delivering lessons using e-learning tools and applications for ECCE/Schools/IT/Computer Science - Successful Execution and Administration of training programs and field projects in the e-learning domain, with end-to-end responsibility for delivery and stakeholder management - Day-to-day tasks include both office-based and field work, creating and updating training/curricular content, conducting training sessions, managing field programs, and evaluating program effectiveness Qualification Required: - Skills in Learning Management, Training & Development, and Instructional Design - Proficiency with Learning Management Systems - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience in educational technology and e-learning content development - Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Ability to work on-site in Noida and in deep remote areas and adapt to a dynamic work environment - Prior experience in teacher training and remote classroom operations is a plus Role Overview: You will be a Senior Learning Specialist at Mashmari Consultants Pvt Ltd, dedicated to revolutionizing educational outcomes for remote and underserved communities through digital technologies and innovative pedagogies.
