Senior Learning Specialist

As a Senior Learning Specialist at Mashmari Consultants Pvt Ltd based in Noida, your role will involve working on-site in remote areas for the deployment of educational projects. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Expertise in Curriculum and Content Development, managing learning management systems, developing training programs, designing instructional materials, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Creating and delivering lessons using e-learning tools and applications for ECCE/Schools/IT/Computer Science. - Administering training programs and field projects in the e-learning domain with end-to-end responsibility for delivery and stakeholder management. - Conducting both office-based and fieldwork tasks, updating training/curricular content, conducting training sessions, managing field programs, and evaluating program effectiveness. You should possess the following qualifications: - Skills in Learning Management, Training & Development, and Instructional Design. - Proficiency with Learning Management Systems. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in educational technology and e-learning content development. - A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Ability to work on-site in Noida and in deep remote areas, adapting to a dynamic work environment. - Prior experience in teacher training and remote classroom operations is considered a plus.,
