Senior Learning Experience Consultant

As a Senior Learning Experience Consultant at Sagility, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end learning and development projects. Your role will involve project management, instructional design, audio/video post-production, and creative media production. You will work with eLearning tools, adult learning principles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging learning experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing learning and development projects, defining project scope, goals, and timelines, and implementing governance frameworks. - Designing engaging learning experiences using methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile. - Developing various training deliverables for both instructor-led and self-paced programs. - Creating multimedia elements like videos, animations, and simulations to enhance learning. - Mentoring junior team members, facilitating workshops, and fostering a culture of innovation. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. - Proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia software. - Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Management Systems. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
