Senior Lead

We are looking for a Senior Lead Fleet Operations to manage intracity fleet operations with a strong focus on fleet management, commercial finalisation, vendor negotiation, and data-driven decision-making. The role will play a key part in ensuring seamless day-to-day vehicle placement and efficient call-out handling across assigned zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  fleet management

  for intracity operations, ensuring optimal vehicle availability and utilisation
• Handle

  day-to-day intracity vehicle placement

  and

  call-out management

  to meet operational SLAs
• Drive

  commercial finalisation

  with vendors, including rate discussions and cost optimisation
• Lead

  vendor negotiations

  and maintain long-term, scalable partner relationships
• Manage

  projects

  related to fleet expansion, process improvements, and operational efficiency
• Track, analyse, and report

  data-oriented metrics

  such as utilisation, cost per trip, call-out TAT, and vendor performance
• Coordinate closely with operations, control tower, and city teams to ensure smooth execution
  
• Identify risks, resolve operational escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong experience in

  fleet management (intracity/last-mile preferred)

• Proven expertise in

  commercial negotiation and vendor management

• Solid

  project management

  and stakeholder coordination skills

• Data-driven mindset

  with hands-on experience in MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / MBA preferred
  
• 4+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery
  
• Experience in handling large fleets and multiple vendors across cities/zones
