Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Lead located in Jamnagar. The Senior Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, managing a team of delivery partners, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes. Key tasks include coordinating delivery schedules, optimizing routing and automation, monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving sustainable logistics practices. The Senior Lead will also contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Logistics Management & Operations: Proven experience in logistics management, team leadership, and optimizing logistics processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tech-driven logistics platforms, intelligent routing, and automation tools.
• Safety and Compliance: Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements in logistics.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to contribute to strategic planning initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a significant advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
