Now, we re on the lookout for a Senior/Lead Quality Analyst (4-9 years experience) who s ready to break, test, question, and automate their way into making these systems even better. As a Senior or Lead Quality Analyst in the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team, youll help define and drive the quality strategy for some of Manhattan s most critical planning modules. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of functional testing across SCP modules ensuring alignment with business and technical needs. Design and maintain automated regression suites that handle complex, data-driven workflows. Collaborate with developers and product owners to embed quality early in the development cycle. Lead exploratory testing efforts to catch edge cases before our users do. Participate actively in sprints, retrospectives, and triages, serving as a voice for product quality and usability. What We re Looking For 4-9 years of experience in Software QA, especially in functional testing and automation. Quick learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to go beyond the obvious. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks Solid grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices. Strong analytical thinking and a passion for clean, scalable test design.
