Job Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and online portals. The role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions and excellent communication skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and other B2B databases.• Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate interest.• Conduct cold calling campaigns to connect with decision-makers and set up meetings for sales managers.• Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) to connect with and nurture leads.• Track, maintain, and update lead data in the CRM system.• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies.• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting setup targets.• Continuously explore new channels and tools for lead sourcing.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT services or technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and cold calling.• Strong understanding of technology products and services (mobile, web, AI solutions).• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).• Ability to generate leads independently and work towards aggressive targets.• Good analytical and research skills for identifying the right prospects.
