Job Summary The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and online portals. The role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions and excellent communication skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and other B2B databases. • Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate interest. • Conduct cold calling campaigns to connect with decision-makers and set up meetings for sales managers. • Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) to connect with and nurture leads. • Track, maintain, and update lead data in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies. • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting setup targets. • Continuously explore new channels and tools for lead sourcing. Required Skills & Experience: • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT services or technology solutions. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and cold calling. • Strong understanding of technology products and services (mobile, web, AI solutions). • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to generate leads independently and work towards aggressive targets. • Good analytical and research skills for identifying the right prospects. Role Overview: As a PPC & Email Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns and email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly skilled in running performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email platforms to generate qualified leads and drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning to maximize ROI. Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, CPC, CTR, and quality score. Plan and execute targeted B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar tools. Build and manage segmented email lists, drip campaigns, and automation workflows. Analyze performance metrics across PPC and email channels to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals. Stay updated with industry trends, ad platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in PPC and email marketing, preferably in IT services or digital agencies. Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with measurable results. Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Sendinblue). Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. Excellent communication, copywriting, and campaign planning abilities. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally with other teams.
