Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential customers for home loans through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan products and solutions.
  • Explain loan terms, documentation, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment plans.
  • Guide applicants through the loan application process and assist with documentation.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for timely processing.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
