Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Spring Cloud Spring Boot Redis Spring Integration Java Spring MVC Spring Core Junit Spring Framework and Maven. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management and COTS Products (BFS Ast & Wlth) is a plus. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Cloud Spring Boot and other Spring frameworks.
  • Implement and manage Redis for efficient data caching and storage solutions.
  • Integrate various systems and services using Spring Integration to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Write clean efficient and maintainable code in Java adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Utilize Spring MVC and Spring Core to build robust and scalable web applications.
  • Conduct unit testing using Junit to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Manage project dependencies and build processes using Maven.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into development processes where applicable.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Spring Cloud Spring Boot Redis Spring Integration Java Spring MVC Spring Core Junit Spring Framework and Maven.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining complex software solutions.
  • Show proficiency in integrating various systems and services using Spring Integration.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in Asset & Wealth Management and COTS Products (BFS Ast & Wlth) is a plus.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
