Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Java Backend Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Microservices architecture

along with experience in

Kafka, JUnit, Mockito, and SonarQube

for code quality and review. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend services while ensuring high-quality code standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Implement JPA for efficient database interaction.
  • Write unit tests and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code reliability.
  • Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality using SonarQube.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Follow the best coding practices and contribute to improving development standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA.
  • Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito for testing.
  • Experience working with Kafka for message streaming.
  • Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SonarQube for code quality and static code analysis.
  • Experience with code review processes and best coding practices.

Good To Have

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React for frontend development.
  • Experience working with OpenShift, DevOps, Jenkins for CI/CD.
