We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns , and demonstrate strong leadership skills . This role involves designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for scalable and high-performance applications.

Implement and optimize Kafka-based event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.

Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to build robust systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning .

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making .

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Contribute to technical strategy and innovation initiatives within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

612 years of hands-on experience in Java development .

Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture .

Proficient in Apache Kafka for messaging and streaming solutions.

In-depth knowledge of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems .

Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs .

Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools ( Git, Maven, Jenkins ).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployments.

Cloud experience ( AWS/Azure/GCP ) for scalable solutions.

Knowledge of security practices (OAuth2/JWT) in API development.
