Senior Java Developer

You should have a Bachelor's degree (or above) in engineering/computer science with 5-8 years of experience in Java/Kotlin Development. You must possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, data architectures, and communication skills to engage with various levels in the organization. Your role will involve coordinating and participating in various activities such as analysis, scoping, design, coding, code reviews, test case reviews, defect management, implementation planning/execution, and support. You should be adept in leading resources and timelines, and removing obstacles in a timely manner. Your technical expertise should include Core Java, Kotlin, Kotlin Co-routines, Kafka, Vertx, Nodejs, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and Asynchronous programming. Experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Domain-Driven Design, and Design Patterns is essential. Proficiency in tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Git is required. You should have a strong background in data-driven applications using relational database engines and/or NoSQL Databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra). Excellent debugging and testing skills, along with the ability to conduct performance and scalability analysis are crucial. Stay updated on technology and product trends, including Open Source developments. Your responsibilities will include working on large-scale distributed systems, solving problems, multitasking, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must focus on implementing solutions that adhere to industry standards and promote reuse. Understanding system performance and scaling is key, as well as ensuring the stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of Java system architecture.
