Senior Java Developer

As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software. - Design, implement and maintain complex database schemas using Oracle and PL/SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Work with existing codebases to enhance functionality and performance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Develop project plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. - Monitor customer issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner. - Mentor employees by shadowing and providing timely and constructive feedback on performance. Qualifications required for this role: - Must be well versed with Agile methodology. - Possess strong capabilities to lead the project and execute the same with strong and successful deliverables to the client.
