Senior Java Backend Developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at AIRA Matrix, you will be responsible for efficiently designing and implementing software features. You must possess effective skills in writing quality, re-usable, scalable, and test-supported code. Additionally, you will be expected to innovate and suggest new technologies, architectures, and frameworks. It is crucial to perform code reviews and ensure that code quality is maintained for products and services delivered by the team. Identifying bottlenecks and bugs and devising appropriate solutions is also part of your responsibilities. You should have expertise in high-quality software engineering practices for the agile software development cycle, including source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment. Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets will be essential. Your role will involve carrying out Live Projects & POCs to ensure that suggested designs/technologies meet the requirements. Effective communication with technical teams to collect requirements and describe software product features and technical designs is a key aspect of this position. In terms of technical requirements, you should be highly proficient in Java (preferably version 8 or higher) and have hands-on experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2.0, JWT, Spring Cloud Gateway, Eureka, Hystrix, ORM Frameworks, and Web Services like REST. Experience with relational and non-relational databases is necessary. You must have a solid understanding of OOPs concepts, design patterns, secure coding practices, and familiarity with tools such as CICD, Jenkins, SonarQube, GITLAB, JIRA, and JUnit. Experience in Spring Batch, Kubernetes, and Docker would be considered a plus. Key Skills required for this role include Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, Data structures, Algorithms, REST services, and Application Servers. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree and possess hands-on coding skills. Immediate Joiners will be given high priority.
