Job Description

As a Senior IT Systems Administrator at Relanto, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the core networks and systems that drive our IT tech stack. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, installing and configuring server hardware, supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and more. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining firewalls, antivirus solutions, internal network infrastructure, and security tech stack. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting new IT projects, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with IT, infosec, and tech ops teams to maintain systems - Install, configure, and maintain server hardware - Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies - Partner with project owners to support core IT systems - Support and maintain firewalls, antivirus, VPN, and endpoint security solutions - Maintain internal network infrastructure and security tech stack - Manage relationships with vendors and service providers - Provide expertise for new IT projects and ticket resolutions - Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system inventories - Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry best practices **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5+ years of system administrator experience - Hands-on experience with server deployments - Proficiency in Windows and Apple Mac laptop configuration - Experience as an O365 Administrator - Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams - Knowledge of security best practices in an O365 environment - Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching) - Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently, across platforms, and solve technical and business problems - Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification is a plus As a Senior IT Systems Administrator at Relanto, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the core networks and systems that drive our IT tech stack.
