Job Description

Position: Senior IT Systems Administrator

Location: Hyderabad

All 5 days work from office

Relanto is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator who has experience working with Windows and MacOS Workspaces to join our Information Technology team. This person will be responsible for many of the core networks and systems that drive our IT tech stack and will work closely with our IT helpdesk and project managers within the business to ensure implementations and integrations run smoothly

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with members of the IT team, infosec team, and tech ops team to ensure all systems are maintained and running smoothly.
Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, including rack and stack activities (mounting servers, cabling, and labeling).
Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policies, and user account management.
Partner with project owners in the business to ensure that any tasks required for our core IT systems as part of new initiatives or other system implementations are completed in a timely manner.
Support and Maintain firewalls, antivirus, VPN, and endpoint security solutions.
Support and maintain our internal network infrastructure
Support and maintain our internal security tech stack
Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors and service providers
Support new IT projects or tickets requiring system administrator expertise for networking, email deliverability, security
Perform support for software, hardware, and various infrastructure-related issues according to IT Services support policies and within SLA.
Maintain problem status/resolution information in a ticketing database.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and system inventories.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Must have 5+ years of system administrator experience in the technology space
Hands-on experience with rack and stack server deployments.
Experience working with Windows and Apple Mac laptop configuration and deployment
Proven experience as an O365 Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing them in an O365 environment.
Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, across different platforms and applications, participate in multiple projects, and flex between solving technical and business problems
Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification is a plus
