Senior IT Systems Administrator

As a Senior IT Systems Administrator at Relanto, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the core networks and systems essential for our IT tech stack. Your collaboration with various teams and proactive approach to system administration will contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - Collaborate with IT, infosec, and tech ops teams to ensure smooth operation of all systems. - Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, including rack and stack activities. - Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policies, and user account management. - Ensure timely completion of tasks related to core IT systems for new initiatives or system implementations. - Support and maintain firewalls, antivirus, VPN, and endpoint security solutions. - Manage relationships with hardware, software vendors, and service providers. - Support new IT projects requiring system administrator expertise in networking, email deliverability, and security. - Maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and system inventories. - Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and industry best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of system administrator experience in the technology space. - Hands-on experience with rack and stack server deployments. - Experience working with Windows and Apple Mac laptop configuration and deployment. - Proven experience as an O365 Administrator or similar role. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. - Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing them in an O365 environment. - Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently, across different platforms and applications, and flex between solving technical and business problems.,
