Job Role : Senior IT support engineer Experience : 3– 4 years Location address :, Plot No. - 1 Sector 11, 11E Sidcul, Haridwar - 249403 JOB Description Expert level understanding of Windows (all versions), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced system administration. Comprehensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), this includes advanced troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. Also be familiar with BIOS/UEFI. In depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues. Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix) for desktop management and troubleshooting. Knowledge in MS Office outlook, MS teams configuration and troubleshooting’s. Support the roll-out of new applications Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues Expertise in troubleshooting and supporting video conferencing hardware and software. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical VIP users. Good knowledge in networking devices Configuration (Switches, Routers) Knowledge in Hard disk encryption tools like Bit Locker and other encryption application (Ex: Symantec PGP etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you an immediate joinee?
