Job Title: Group IT Manager - Plant

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Group IT Manager to oversee the IT operations and infrastructure for our plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, implementing technology solutions to improve plant efficiency, and leading a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Operations: Oversee the operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

2. Technology Implementation: Implement technology solutions to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and safety.

3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

4. Cybersecurity: Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing measures to prevent cyber threats.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with plant management and other departments to identify and implement technology solutions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.

2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, software, and hardware.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
