Job Description

In this role, you will be supporting order to cash (OTC) processes on MiniMed ERP and Finance Systems, which includes SAP ECC & SAP S4. Your work will directly contribute to transforming diabetes management by implementing innovative solutions and technologies aimed at reducing the burden of living with diabetes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with business leaders to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and adding value through data-driven changes. - Analyzing data and trends to develop recommendations that address business challenges. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements for product or system enhancements. - Driving process excellence across sales, order management, billing, pricing, and revenue recognition. - Utilizing your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration abilities to drive impactful outcomes. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. - Experience in order to cash (OTC) processes on MiniMed ERP and Finance Systems, including SAP ECC & SAP S4. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of systems, software, technological concepts, and data analysis tools. Your ability to communicate effectively, focus on process improvement, and deliver exceptional customer service will be essential in this role.
